RULES FOR WITHDRAWAL * A minimum of 30 days’ written notice must be given to the Principal before withdrawing a student from the school. * Withdrawal of a student, for any reason, shall result in forfeiture of the fees already paid. Parents are advised to carefully consider this policy before seeking admission for their ward. * A Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all school dues have been cleared and all library books and school property have been returned. ⸻ DISMISSAL FROM SCHOOL A student may be dismissed from the school on any of the following grounds: * Non-payment of school dues within the prescribed time. * Consistently unsatisfactory academic performance. (A student who fails in the same class for two consecutive years shall not be permitted to continue in the school.) * Wilful damage to school property. * Immoral behaviour or conduct that is harmful to other students. * Any act by the student or parent/guardian that interferes with the discipline or smooth functioning of the school. * Any word, action, or behaviour that may damage the reputation of the institution. * Bullying, assault, ragging, or any form of harassment. * Use of unfair means during examinations or any attempt to influence a teacher by improper means. * The school authorities reserve the right, at any time and without assigning any reason, to require a parent or guardian to withdraw their ward if it is considered to be in the best interest of the school. * The decision of the Principal regarding dismissal of a student on disciplinary grounds shall be final and binding.
